I'll have to grab another Rookery Password if I want to keep increasing Urchin renown, of course, but I can't see any blockers for it? PoSI, Zailing, Labyrinth of Tigers, all unlocked.

With help from the wonderful Lucky Cinnamon, who's been sending dangerous tutoring my way, I'm nearing 200 (which, combined with the infernal sharpshooter's rifle and 5 notability, nets a clean PoSI2).

Now to deal with the nightmares. for this i'm opting for parabola, as while the royal bethlehem does have a non-reduction escape, it's card-based.

so getting over 1200 research adds a new card! Wasn't expecting it but I'm not complaining, gives a variety of good effects. In particular, the top option gives one of:

18 research + unwise idea

5 research + 5 unlikely connection

5 research + 1 unavoidable epiphany

5 research + -5 wounds CP

Well... so none of those, actually. I'd really love go get to T2 PoSI to unlock Agents, but that requires a sharpshooter's rifle that I can make in the Lab. Easy, right? Not quite, it's a 100+1650 research project and... I cannot gain any equipment. This means that the Numismatrix generates a grand total of 0 research. Another card, "Blank Walls", gives one (1) research on an alternate success of a difficult watchful challenge. This means my best research is on "One Day...", which gives 1 research per action and is locked once i do four experiments.
