Anybody know what this Bovril stuff is?

My body isn't really feeling the effects of these workouts like I would expect. I don't know what it is. I can't imagine that it's because I'm adapting so quickly to the weight that it's not making me sore. I need to push harder than I have been. Maybe I'm slacking off too much. Too many rest days in the past week. That's got to be it! Maybe I needed that though. I'm moving into a phase of 6 day work weeks in the gym, so I need to stay on top of the rest! I've been thinking forever about going to bed with the girls at night. 8pm... Seems like I wouldn't have any time with Stacey and that's what has hung me up in the past. For me to make this work, things have to change. 

Weighed in yesterday, was the same as the previous week.

TACOS!!! I love homemade Taco Tuesdays with the girls! Three delicious tacos with corn shells, lots of lettuce and cabbage and a little bit of cheese.
