new start.
it’s been a long time since i’ve been here, and there have been many changes and events during the given hiatus.
1. new job - and with a new job follows stress and obligations; i have also been going out more and did have some issues with consuming overt simple carb calories and alcohol a lot more than usual.
2. my weight has fluctuated 10 lbs since i started working, and now is between 145-150.
i have been working out a lot more recently, but i have adamantly decided to return to a stricter, HEALTHIER eating regimen that is based on clean eating because as a teacher, it is a fundamental fact that we buy food for our kids and often consume school lunches on the go. People throw candies, cakes, pastries, and all sorts of goodies that I am ashamed to say were enticing enough to enter my body. I have committed rigidly to become healthier and actually PUT LOTS OF EFFORT into shaping my body into (better than) what it was before. my long term goal weight is 130, but even 140 would suffice as a short term goal. the ultimate weight goal i have is 125, but even if I do not get to that point, I just want to be healthier and feel good about myself.
