Breakfast this morning with my Grandma & Mom 🙌🏼💕 ordered an egg white western omelet & tracked for 1/4 of the home fries (4sp), 1 1/2 pieces of toast (4sp) & ham (1sp). Didn’t finish every bite of the omelet either because I was feeling full and am seriously trying to embrace #freestyle and listen to my body’s hunger signals. ✨ I’m so thankful for everyone on here for taking the time to write such a sweet, positive and encouraging messages on my last post. I’ve had longer periods of time where Im not on plan. Today is one week since I last tracked. Today might now count as another non-tracking day if I take it one meal at a time- and remind myself: I Can, I Have, and I Will. I’m disappointed because since freestyle started I was so excited to not be preoccupied by food and I lost a good amount the first week, so now I’m all frazzled by the number on the scale. I also know I don’t feel as good as I could be. I’ll get there, I know it. It’s a new year and there’s no better day but today to re-start after a far slip. The New Year is upon us. This is the #1 best time of the year, in my opinion, to make GREAT change and make resolutions and try to really stick to goals and promises you’ve made yourself. I have so many thing I need to work on this year and knowing how fast the time goes, I’m going to try to not waste much time. Trial and error have helped me figure out what works for me when it comes to reaching weight loss goals: 🔅Stocked refrigerator with foods that are point-friendly and tasty 🔅Meetings every week 🔅Tracking!!! 🔅Water!!!!!!!!!!!!!x10000 🔹Resolution re. health is to increase my exercise. Very broad statement but I’m starting from nowhere. Bike, treadmill, yoga, walking-classes on YouTube ANYTHING. It takes great effort for me to do any form of exercise. So to make myself exercise even for 10 minutes a day to start would be an improvement! I decided to opt out the bread for an extra egg and I’m feeling very satisfied with that 👍🏼 (they always look soo dark because I cook my turkey bacon on the pan first then cook the eggs on the same pan after lol!) finals went GREAT!
