I’ll never understand when ppl hate on any of the trigun iterations, critique is fine but i really don't understand hating on any of them. They are all just different stories and all have their charms. Trimax tells such a beautiful story, 98 gives the insurance girls the most time to shine and lets the main 4 build such a dynamic relationship with each other, tristamp is done with so much love for the other two versions. None of them would exist in the way that they do without at least one of the others, 98 was an adaptation of the first 3 volumes of trigun/trimax and the angel arm was originally designed for the anime. Trimax wouldn’t have been completed if not for all the new fans that the anime brought in. Tristamp has so many little easter eggs and references to both versions and the people at Orange truly have so much love for the series that I could never understand the hate that it gets.
