Today is the day!

Today is the 3rd year anniversary of me finishing reading One Piece for the first time and drawing Sanji to commemorate!!! So here’s a timeline of the evolution of my Sanji’s around this time every year since then!

I got into One Piece out of boredom, I didn’t have a lot of hours at work and needed something to occupy my time and I picked up One Piece to see what it was about…I never cried or laughed so hard through so much and now here I am!

Out of all the fandoms I’ve been in, i think One Piece has been probably one of my favourites. I’ve never had so many friends in the artist community, cosplay or the writing community or just in a fandom in general as to One Piece. Even though it might be one of the biggest, and there can be a lot of not so good people, I’ve managed to find a lot of friends through this fandom from all over the world, just by showing my love for this adventure comedy of a rubber boy. The people have been nothing but kind to me, and though we all have our own adventure to go through, it’s nice we all have an eternal pose for the same island to meet in between that adventure.

ANYWAYS! Corny aside, it’s also improved my art a lot, and I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone so much, and can’t wait to step out more and improve.
