I gained 25lb depression weight n have had horrible body image issues but today I feel grateful that my body works so hard to comfort and carry me n that I’m so strong and healthy and soft also fk everyone that made me feel bad about it m didn’t stop to think n ask me about all the shit I been going thru!!!!! it’s also funny because last year I stopped eating for months at a time and became rail thin n eveylne was like U LOOK SO GOOD even tho it was difficult for me to like stand for too long lmao I hate society body standards sooo much

letting go is really hard for me especially since I have like no type of emotional support from my family n my closest friend in all my life died and like my other friends have moved on with their lives everything feels SO temporary to me so when I sense that somethings leaving I hold on to it for dear life which ironically makes it leave faster lll I’m sorry for being so sad I’ll get over r soon less of theee posts soon promise !!!!
