âThere is a Guru in all of us. The external Guru and the teachings are there to guide you to go within and recognize that Guru within, who is constantly guiding you. Itâs almost like a mirror showing you your face. The mirror doesnât have a face of its own. It simply reflects your face. No one has seen his or her own face. Have you ever seen your face? Do you know you even have a face? Have you seen it? Only in the mirror. In the mirror you donât see your actual face. What you see in the mirror is the reflection. Like that, you are the Guru but you have not seen it. The external Guru is there to point out the Guru within you.â
â Sri Swami Satchidananda
âMental habits are like ditches in the mind. They have to be dug laboriously. But they can also be filled in and new channels can be dug. Take resentment for example. It does not burst full-blown into the mind; it grows. At first you simply expect people to behave towards you in a particular way. If they behave in their own way instead, you get surprised, then irritated. You are digging a little channel in consciousness. In the early stages, this channel may be only an inch or so deep. Thought may flow down it, but it may also flow somewhere else. Also, the walls are still soft and crumbly; they may cave in and fill the channel a little â for example, when someone you dislike says something kind. There is an element of choice. But every time we respond to a situation with resentment, the channel gets a little deeper. Finally there is a huge Grand Canal in the mind. Then anything at all is enough to provoke a conditioned resentful response. Consciousness pours down the sluice of least resistance. We can dig new mental channels â kind ways of thinking instead of resentful ones, patience instead of anger. Every time you try to return good will for ill will, love for hatred, you have dug your new, beneficial channel a little deeper. Transforming character, conduct, and consciousness is not a moral problem. Itâs an engineering problem.â

"Pitiful is the person who is afraid of taking risks. Perhaps this person will never be disappointed or disillusioned; perhaps she won't suffer the way people do when they have a dream to follow. But when that person looks back â and at some point everyone looks back â she will hear her heart saying, "What have you done with the miracles that God planted in your days? What have you done with the talents God bestowed on you? You buried yourself in a cave because you were fearful of losing those talents. So this is your heritage; the certainty that you wasted your life." -Paulo Coelho â

Why Do I Need To Hustle?
How do you count from 0 to 1 million? You start at 0 and you keep going 1 by 1 until you reach 1 million. This is the same technique you use to get from where you started to where you want to be. There are no shortcuts, there are no loopholes - you just have to do the work.
Hustle is the hard work you put into your craft. Hustle means trying again when youâve failed. Hustle means working while everyone else is sleeping or partying. Whether youâre trying to lose weight, write a book or make more money - you need to hustle to get to your end goal.
When the going gets tough - the tough get going. When the journey is challenging remember that this is the universe testing you to see if youâre worthy of that which you are working toward. Hustle is the remedy to any ill-feeling along the road to success - just keep going.
If you feel like everyone else is doing it better than you, or if you feel that youâre not as good at whatever it is youâre trying to do - you can get better if you hustle. Putting in more hours into your craft is the best way to ensure you get better at it and ensure your success.
Hustle means not playing 5 hours of video games a week, hustle means not partying with your friends, hustle means not scrolling through news feeds and getting your ass to work. Those distractions will always be there, but the time to put into your craft will not - choose how you deploy your time carefully.
When you want something bad enough - you will hustle for it. If you havenât reached your goal yet and are wondering what you can do to speed up the process - hustle. Along this path to your success keep in mind why you started and what you want to see at the end of it.
Hustle, or the goal will never be achieved.
Peace & positive vibes.
You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be

You do not exist for the purpose of fulfilling anyone elseâs dreams except your own
6 Steps in Learning to Love Yourself
1.See the good in your past. There will always be things that we wish had never happened; there will always be bad memories and things that we regret. But they are part of who you are â so accept that they have happened and celebrate the person theyâve allowed you to become.
2. Invest time in the things that bring you happiness. Itâs important to identify the things that you enjoy, and that make you come alive, and are all a part of âyouâ. Spending time on those things will help to raise your self-esteem, as youâre valuing yourself when you pursue happiness.
3. Forgive yourself for your mistakes. We all make mistakes - and when we think of them we cringe. But that doesnât make you any worse than other people. Just try and learn what you can, and then move on with your life.
4. Stop criticising yourself. So often weâre really our own worst enemy. We look for our flaws, and we put ourselves down â instead of being understanding of our own limitations. Itâs time to change that behaviour â so start loving yourself.
5. Listen to your instincts and intuitions. If you want to love yourself, you must listen to yourself. Pay attention to those instincts and your instant gut reaction â and trust that you are right when you hear that inner voice.
6. Appreciate your life. Of course there are things that you wish that you could change. But some things are good, and are worth appreciating. So, focus on, appreciate, and make lots of your strengths.

Being afraid is okay. But if you donât work through that fear, you might miss out on some pretty great things.

Many people die with music still in them. Why is that so? Too often itâs because they are always getting ready to live. Before they know it, timeâs run out.
