Benji’s cheeks flush at that, brown eyes softening a bit at his boyfriend’s words. “Still – you shouldn’t of had to.” His nose presses into the crook of Indie’s neck as he burrows himself deeper into his arms. “Glad you did though. –So glad you did.”

benji: 😳😳😳 dunno how well i'd handle hearing all of that over the phone.

benji: you can sooooo. you're perfectly capable of sitting politely at the kitchen counter and keeping your hands to yourself until dinner is finished. i believe in u.

Benji grins at that, head dipping down in attempt to conceal his smile. “Think that was mostly my fault,” he shrugs, corners of his lips turned up in a shy, almost apologetic, manner as he sneaks a look at the other boy. “Sorry about that, by the way.” His fingers toy with the sleeves of Indie’s shirt, lips still warm, and just shy of tingling, from the kiss that took place a mere moment ago. “Kinda took my time, didn’t I?”

“I rather enjoy it myself, actually,” he grins, pulling the fabric of the flannel closer to his body. “Makes me feel closer to you.” His shoulders lift up into a shrug, brown eyes going a bit fond in that moment. “Do you, now?” An eyebrow quirks up in response, a quiet giggle bubbling up from his chest. “I suppose that’s only fair, then.” His own fingers move to trace the outline of Indie’s jaw, before moving forward to seal their lips together in a kiss.

“You’re quite right. Gold star. But in this case, I just want to watch Netflix.”

“Yeah, he plays Sam, I think.”
