Section 1
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
It looks by the headline, they may be going about obtaining this slavery work in the wrong manner, but it is constitutional. Seems there should possibly be a two category system - those convicted and those not. Some get paid, some don't.
