Former Infantry Soldier and Aviator.
Former KND agent, retired at the age of 8.
At the age of 9, he founded the PCO (Pro-Child-Organization) because he considered the KND immature and unprofessional. He believed they were taking too long to defeat the adults, so he decided he would do it himself
He assembled his entire organization from former KND agents and, above all, children who were dissatisfied with the KND's lack of efficiency.
By the age of 10, the organization had already grown to 600 agents and operated out of a full-scale headquarters.
The PCO is similar to the KND, but far more disciplined. It follows a more military-oriented structure, with more rigorous training, less improvised technology, and more realistic weapons (non-firearm weapons.)
