And then of course we have the pain. And I'm not talking about some light cramps, I mean "should I go to the ER" type of pain from it because every single thing hurts, which doesn't pair well with having chronic pain because it causes flare ups to happen much more often and makes them worse.
Like, yeah, sure, sex and stuff, very nice, but heats aren't really designed for how we live now. We can't spend a whole week or longer in our nest, safely until out heat passes with a whole clan watching out to make sure we're safe, we don't need an instinct to trigger our need to breed to keep the species going, it's a huge biological flaw at this point, the glamourising of reconnecting with your primal side and living traditionally in sync with your cycle is bullshit, it's not useful anymore, we don't need it.

Okay so a couple things to go down here
1. Feral omegas do not experience regular heats unless actively courting a partner, which I am not. The only heats I experience are health heats, my body's way of making sure my hormones are still roughly in order and stuff like slick production for actual heats hasn't stopped. Happens every once in a while without a regular schedule.
2. Vibrator and whatever is long and thick enough.
3. I'm actually pre-t so it's hard for me to answer that question. I've heard of trans omegas having stronger or longer heats from T, but I haven't so far seen a study that suggests this is a consistent side effect, just happens for some due to extra hormones. How it will affect me? I'm guessing will affect my health heats in the same way it would affect me if I wasn't feral, depends on person.
4. I am in fact a virgin. Now don't take this as me not being interested in other omegas, I do in fact really like them, but I'm disordered and have to deal with that. I am not very suitable for close interactions such as sex during my heats, it puts everyone in danger and I see no point in stressing myself out for some relief. Of course for non-feral omegas cruising others is a perfectly good way of dealing with your heats, it's simply not an option for me
