I know TO SOME PEOPLE i come off as a slut, who has a ton of sex or whatever who just doesn’t care. But let me clear something up for you this morning. I believe that many people are paralyzed by rumors and other people’s opinions to the point the will refuse to do things, many different things, sex included, because they’re worried about what the people around them will think about them. You should not be having sex because you genuinely do not want to have sex. If you want to have sex, then you should go ha e sex. I do not approve or believe in using sex as a weapon, or a tool to fill a void in you because you’re lonely or feeling like something is missing or using it to deal with stress or pain. The message I want to send, is that it’s ok to ha e sex if you want to have sex, and that you should not be ashamed of your body. This message applies to taking pictures of yourself that make you feel good. Too many people are slut shamed for taking or sending nude photos. I think sex and what we do with our bodies are scrutinized to a degree it’s for lack of a better word, paralyzing. I personally believe, and maybe I’m wrong, that apart of loving yourself is being able to engage in meaningful sex and to be able to walk away from that feeling good with yourself, and not ashamed or like you did something wrong, like society has taught us to feel. But, I realize I have a strong liberal view of this, and I understand this is one perspective in a sea of opinions. I could be wrong about everything, but I won’t lie to you. I’m a happy person. And each year I’ve grown happier and happier, and I want to believe maybe if I share my perspective with you it could help you grow, take from it what our like and ditch the rest, but I hope maybe it helps one person become happier. Btw I want to say, that you do not need to do any of this to be happy. You can be happy without sharing your body or engaging in sex if that’s what makes you happy. I just want you to know that if you do want to, you should. And you shouldn’t feel bad about it. 👍
