I had 10% of my liver removed and I'm cancer free today and with the help of my therapist i found a gender friendly plastic surgeon and underwent facial cosmetic surgery and breast implants. upon seeing the new me I bawled out of happiness to finally be and feel.like the woman I hid for all those years. for the past 16 years after transitioning has by far been the most important and significant decision I've ever made. I live in a rural farm community on 5 acres of land , I have a golden retriever named Alex and 2 months I began dating a man and things are going very good. I think I finally found someone that accepts me for who I am and supports me 100% for my decision. this is the happiest I've ever been in my life.
