I am no stranger to this side of the internet. For a long time, I have tried and failed to maintain an account like this, but as we all know, those silly b3ds are actually the worst. I try to talk to doctors about it, and they do nothing. So why try to get better when I can get worse? In the opposite direction, that is.
SO accountability time. Here are my goals:
Track my food
Make healthy choices
Gradual change
Workout at LEAST twice a week (gradual change, you guys)
Fruit at least ocne a day
Here are my stats:
Height: 5'4 apples tall
Currently: 203.36
CGW: 190
GW2: 185
GW3: 180
GW4: 175
GW5: 170

Meal-prepping. I am making a list of ideas for what are the most filling, healthy foods, so once I come back from my vacation next month, I will be ready to really tackle this.
In the meantime, I will make healthier choices in my everyday life. No eating at my job, no bad snacks, look at the macros before eating, and log EVERYTHING I can.
No rewarding myself with food. At the GW wins I'll let myself buy something for my room, myself, or something along those lines .
Diet drinks, sugar-free flavorings, it doesn't matter. Just no full sugar drinks.
No eating before 12pm or after 9pm. During that period I want to eat satiating foods that focus on fiber and protein.
At least one food a day.
TRACK EVERYTHING (again)
Let me acknowledge one thing. I am aware that what I'm working towards or more.... orthie related. Not so much Annie ( I'm being a bit more creative than usual since I've been termed before).
I don't mean to intrude on a space that isn't truly mine, and I'll do my best to stay in relevant areas. In the end, we all have one goal, just different means to get to it. This is how I am going to get there.
