{* grins from ear to ear, glad that he’s returned to the interesting environment of xavier’s school. not like he thought humans were boring — but after spending a year and a half surrounded by mostly mutants, the activity in a human-occupied environment can be dull. there was the occasional mutant he’d spot discreetly using their powers with an absent mind, but their teams were eliminated from the round before byungjoo could fit in a word to them. all his teammates knew he was a mutant. there were no disgusted thoughts about it,

but there was still that distance when the fact that he was the only different one sunk in.

byungjoo has no idea why he chose to come to close combat class.
