The whir of a fan in a computer starts, the low hum filling up the void basement as many switches are flipped. Lights that were once off turn green, a few orange, one red. Monitors light up as a robotic voice speaks, the cameras turning on everywhere to look for anyone
Setting up monitor, please stand by
An icon on the many screens pops up, then a pixel face with a smiley face pops up. A start up sound that sounds like the old computers from the 200′s plays as a female voice speaks out
“Hello! I am Agent Shelia, the AI-”
Coughing is heard as dust flies out from the big box, hearing metal clash against the same material until a door on the side flings open. Out crawls a frail woman with brown hair and gray eyes, looking the slightest famished
“Well, I guess everyone has left the building... Means that I can now finally leave, too.”
A few five years in the small room in the basement seemed to be much longer. She even had her own food, water and restroom during the time. But it was now time to leave. She had done her job of being an AI quite well. A frail hand pulled out one single key from the uniform she wore, using the light from the computer and monitors around her to stick it in the keyhole carefully. A smile came across her face
“I’ll miss this place, and the people that we used to be.”
The door was opened with the turn of a key, the woman standing up strait before finally leaving her own head.
