I think about rocky building the close-fitting xenonite suit a lot. I bet he did it on the long journey to Erid. It would allow him to move better, grab things in Graces atmosphere, etc. etc. But I think his favorite aspect (and the main reason he designed it) would be that he could watch Grace sleep in the way he always wanted to.
