You print up stickers with the name "Spencer Pratt." The stickers should be the exact same size and shape of the write-in box. Then you stand the legally required distance from the polls and you hand one to absolutely EVERYONE who is going in to vote.

If there's support for the man, something as basic as asking them to vote for Spencer Pratt, handing them a sticker to place over the Write-in box will dramatically increase the number of votes he receives.

But, make sure you staff ever single polling station, try to hand one to absolutely everyone heading in to vote.
