I forgot to post these yesterday. I stuffed myself on a Big Bacon Meal Deal at Jacks after work (Big Bacon Burger, 3 piece chicken fingers, and a large fry) and topped that off with a large chocolate shake, and this was after having a big lunch just a few hours prior.

I tried to walk on the treadmill at home at a speed of 3 mph and incline of 4, nothing crazy. My calves literally started cramping up after 5 minutes. I had to stop and go multiple times to make one mile. Clearly my body hasn’t adjusted to this huge weight gain! I felt so big.
