can’t believe it’s been like 2 years since i made this post

thinking about vic planning on coming out and medically transitioning once she's an adult, only for the accident to happen and her dad to give her a very traditionally masculine body because he thinks that's what she wants. she wakes up and looks at herself and she feels like her entire life is over, but in the end she takes back control and literally rebuilds her entire body to make it into something that feels right

guys i might be actually crazy because im thinking of only applying to ONE (1) singular grad program because the advisor is literally like the advisor of my hopes and dreams…they fit (almost) all the niches im interested AND they’re in the city/area i want to relocate to in which is lowkey so fucking rare especially within my field AND the school has like really good collaboration shit with other schools/programs…but like it would be so dumb to only apply to one program especially cuz i dont have a shit ton of research experience or anything but idk what to do. like some ppl say i should apply to 15 schools and other ppl say 4-8 schools?? i would have to move out of state no matter what cuz they’re aren’t really any good grad programs in my state for my field… i dont know what to dooooooooo.

haha nvm yall 😞 the annual base stipend is like $25k less than the bare minimum cost of living and i don’t wanna take out loans so it looks like i gotta find a new dream program 😭 idk why i thought the stipend was more but it’s so small ☹️ i hate that funding is so messed up rn too for so many schools
