How to Pronounce Names!
Hi guys! I'm going to start including how to pronounce the names I post. I'll be using the IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet), which explains pronunciation using universal symbols.
Easy IPA Pronunciation
Copy the IPA Pronunciation of a name and paste it into this website: ipa-reader.xyz or this one: unalengua.
Choose the language of the name in the dropdown below and press read. The IPA reader will pronounce the name for you.
You can also go to google translate if the IPA reader doesn't have the right language!
Thorough IPA Pronunciation
If the IPA reader doesn't have the language, you can go here: Vulgarlang
This website lists every IPA symbol and provides examples of the pronunciation in English. It's more work but a great resource.
Scroll down to IPA for English.
One at a time, find each IPA symbol and look at the examples provided for English. You can also click on the symbol and it will be pronounced for you.
I hope this is helpful for you guys! Thanks for reading!
