Myron Μύρων - m (Greek) sweet oil, perfume

Originally a Greek word, it's been translated into many languages due to the fact that it belonged to two Christian saints. It's been a relatively popular name in the United States since the 1880's, it's popularity peaking in 1930 and falling out of use completely in 2000.
