NHS - Opt out of sharing your health records

if you're in Scotland, you do not need to do this as NHS Scotland has not joined the "NHS Federated Data" platform Palantir has been contracted to run.

1. data in the FDP that is being used at the national level does not include individual confidential details, so there is nothing to opt out of

2. data in the FDP that is being used at the local level is being used to manage people's care, so you aren't allowed to opt out.

by completing the opt out form you can prevent your NHS England data from being used for other (unspecified) things, but not this.
