Months have passed since Gardenview "reopened." The routine is beginning to crack. Supplies don't always arrive. Strange parts of the building have been sealed off. Some toons question whether Arthur really left willingly... while others are terrified of learning the truth.
Your OC/Canon Character arrives in the middle of it all. Maybe they're: A newly awakened toon. Someone hidden away before Gardenview closed. An experiment Arthur never finished. Or something completely original.
