You may ask, "How is it possible when people are rude to me? Yes, people annoy us and make us angry. The first response would be to confront them. We feel like lashing out at them. What we “feel” like doing and what God wants us to do are usually two very different things. I find it best to be quiet for a while, calm down and  pray, this helps me to think rationally and respond appropriately. Ask God to give you the wisdom to do the right thing. Above all, give it all to Jesus, He will help you manage the conflict well, peaceably and amicably.
