I can tell there's a literacy crisis in the US cause holy shit there are so many customers who ask me for help and the answers to all of their questions are written on the box there holding. Some of them are definitely too lazy to try to figure it out for themselves, but there's a distressing number of people who clearly are just incapable of reading and understanding the words on the box. We so desperately need more funding for schools and better support programs for families and kids.

The best thing about writing stories yourself is that you don't have to include cisgender people in them

The worst part of writing stories you're genuinely proud of for your TTRPG is that we can't show them to anyone until my players get to that point in the game. Maybe we should just bite the bullet and start posting to Ao3 or something cause if we keep letting these stories rot in my hard drive for months at a time waiting for my players to get to that point in the story we just might burst into flame.

It's so odd being very charismatic and charming while also being autistic as fuck. I don't understand so many social rules and I understand the reasons behind them even less, but still I'm able to fairly easily charm others and get them to like me. I'm winning the game without understanding the rules, I'm doing the dance without knowing any of the steps. It's very strange.
