The Original 'Popcorn Lolita'

I went to a popup shop for Hoshibako Works yesterday and purchased this mustard yellow headdress. I think it will be very versatile in my wardrobe. I compared it to a few of my yellow dresses and it looked like a good match!

A rare sighting of me wearing pastels! I really wanted to wear this sax Violet Fane blouse so I decided to style it with this Shirley Temple Jam Print JSK, which I don't wear very often. It is very comfy but a bit short and I find the pink to be difficult to style. I think it turned out okay, what do you think?

Sometimes you just need to become your favorite food and today was one of those days. The theme today was buttered popcorn! Did it work?

I've considered selling this dress because it is too short on me to wear as a proper lolita dress but I keep stopping myself because it is so comfortable plus I really like both the fabric texture and the print itself. It is relegated to more otome styling I suppose! It is so cute.

This was an absolute dream dress of mine for so long and I truly do not wear it enough! Today I decided to style it with navy since I typically style it with brown. I really like how it turned out! Maybe red next time?

I did the whole constantly dieting, binge/purge cycle, obsessively exercising, etc thing for DECADES trying to meet the societal demands on what my body should look like. I'm finally starting to get to a good place where I'm NOT doing that shit and I don't need you flaring me back up just because you're scared to look like me.

I have been wearing this JSK a lot lately! It is just so comfortable and really versatile to style in my wardrobe. Today I took the approach of just throwing other tartan pieces at it and seeing what stuck.
