Idk when there will be new art. I haven’t drawn anything for myself since the last time I’ve posted, and have barely been able to finish commissions. I’m behind on a lot of my classes and have been closing every night I’ve worked.

Wanted to do NaNoWriMo this year but if I get around to it it will be a fucking miracle.

Please be patient with me. I’m really just trying to exist rn. Barely have to time to eat and sleep, let alone draw. I miss creating and want to get back to it as soon as I can. I really appreciate all the support you I’ve been shown here.

There is a huge push nowadays that you can't ship "problematic" things and while it's definitely not as prevalent in the asoiaf community because of the nature of the source material, I still see it. I don't think anyone should have to put a disclaimer that they don't support the actions of fictional murderer when they draw their cutesy art of them lol

Life is problematic in nature, and it honestly is a form of censorship imo to say it's morally wrong to explore that in fiction and fanworks.

The asoiaf art on tumblr is just like. perfection. It is the exact kind of fanart I want to see, but is hard to find on other platforms like instagram. Huge beautiful illustrations are great aesthetically but don't really scratch the fandom itch.

I think the only hot take I have isn't even that hot. It's lukewarm at best lmao but reddit fanboys(they're always obssessed with jon and/or roose,,, sometimes ramsay. huh) need to literally just chill. They get so bent out of shape from anyone drawing their faves as anything other than Causcasion/Hwhite.

Some ppl will be like “i don’t like it bc it’s inaccurate!!!” as if people get that upset over inaccuracies like ppl not drawing the black in tyrion's hair or like. Satin with no facial hair(the way God intended bless). It’s just racist lol
