5)don’t be jealous of or envy your experienced lifter friends, everyone has taken the time to learn and adapt and you’ll get there

6)again, don’t risk yourself for that big “aesthetic” haul post because it’s not worth it, go at your own pace

7)don’t risk yourself to impress others in the community
