It's missing even in Cars 3

so, he doesn't have the dent in cars 1.

Makes sense right. So I (briefly) checked cars 2. He doesn't have it at the start when he's towing before he sees lightning

So i checked later in the movie after he got the disguise.

Here he has the bomb strapped on him at the end of the movie, and no dent.

(do keep in mind we are vision impaired so if we missed it: oopsie.)

Sally wears lightyear tires in cars 3

In the previous two movies I think she wears other tyres, I checked all my screencaps.

And she wears them in cars on the road too
