Who called for backup?! Best part of 2022 was graduating from the @BayArea_TrainingAcademy accelerated EMT program, and then on the verge of tears blowing my own mind and passing the NREMT in one go! I can only describe the learning as being a Cliftnote doctor, and having to pass all the tests with no medical background…phew, I haven’t studied that hard in decades! I am now a hired EMT in San Francisco in an effort to beautify our city and clean up the streets, helping with the OD’s and fentanyl crisis, the psych wards, 911 calls, Covid surges and assist our stressed out medical workers.
