Yesterday my neighbour calls early in the morning and tells me she sees a bunny that's badly hurt.. Knowing that I adore animals and would do anything to help... I set up a box and attempted to catch it, not knowing that all of our wild life centres and safe havens were over capacity and not willing to take him in... The bunny literally looked like huge pieces of his fur and skin were ripped off, exposing muscle tissue, it was very graphic.. But he was fully conscious and was able to move... He let me be right beside but as soon as I went to catch him, he hopped into a bush... I felt helpless.. I was already really late for work so I needed help.... Thankfully my friend tells me his dad would be willing to help catch him and even foster him back to health... The most selfless, kind, unconditionally loving act.. The man left his work, caught the bunny and even took him to the vet.. We gave him the best fighting chance he had and an abundance of fresh food...even my mom picked fresh kale etc from her garden... But sadly he did not make it this morning... Moral of the story is... Help when you can, go out of your way to do nice things even if it's little gestures for other people but helping and giving will leave you feeling fulfilled with joy and positivity... we're constantly faced with so much negativity and I find myself drowning in it sometimes but I am constantly trying to feed off of positivity and uplifting ppl and cut out the tumours in my life and believe me, they will be around in good disguise.... Amazing people like that gentleman do exist even tho it's becoming harder and harder to find within our own generation... RIP little bunny and thank you sincerely to all that helped.. Spread love and positivity, we need more of it ❤️✌🏼️ How dare we think we can be the judge of one life over another whether is white vs black, Middle East vs America, Catholics vs Orthodox; and humans vs animals... They could fuck our shit up in a second and we would not exist. EVERYONE HAS A PURPOSE
