No one gaf but heres my take on the current forsaken situation:
Souldrivenlove is holding the game hostage essentially and that's so fucking ass. I genuinely love forsaken, it's probably the biggest fixation I had since i got out of gacha and countryhumans so I'm not gonna let it go.
Soul doesn't own the concept of Shedlestsky, 007n7, Builderman or whoever. Soul did create a few of the characters i think but most of the cast isn't their creation and there are a many different people working on the game and it's story. I think enjoying the story, characters and engaging with fan made content is fine.
About the game itself though....idk man I'm kinda torn on that one.
On one hand, looking at it from a purely rational standpoint, unless you have Roblox premium and/or are buying game passes you're not supporting soul in any way. It's not like on social media where with just engagement you're supporting the thing. So yeah most people that play it aren't supporting soul really. But then again isn't playing the game a form of support in enough itself? Even if it's not financial support you're still showing soul that they can do this bs and still have people playing the game. I think it's up to people to decide what they wanna do then. Play the game or not.
But if you chose to:
DON'T play on any account with premium, use an alt
DON'T buy any game passes
If you create content about forsaken pls include a disclaimer of the current owner situation to warn people to not support them in any way.
I don't think that there is a singular good decision or a conclusion to this situation, it's profoundly fucked like genuinely ong, I don't think there is a way to resolve it. Maybe if people completely stopped giving forsaken support and soul no longer found it profitable they'd give up but that's unlikely to me. Soul just needs to disappear like fr
