lemme yap a bit. ive only recently started fully developing mary

I think mary was in foster care since she was a baby but most of the families didnt work out. when she was 13 she was adopted by a gay couple but they both ended up passing away due to aids when mary was 20

I see her as always looking for stability in her life. she wants to have a wife and a home to come back to at all times.

shes romantic to her core. everything comes back to love and romanticism. shes been planning her wedding since she was a little girl. she wants to find true love. no one ever loves her properly.

I see her as a lesbian, probably femme but either way, very hyper feminine.

shes a fashion designer and model. all of her pieces are made using upcycled materials. she prides herself on being eco friendly.

she is a workaholic. shes always designing and sketching and draping fabric together and pinning things. shes always thinking about excessories and shoes. she wants to make a big statement with her fashion

she seriously doesnt stop. she dances all night, sews all day, cooks for her wife. theres never a moment of rest. luckily marlene loves to sleep so she forces mary to nap with her.

I think shes claustrophobic, she needs a lot of freedom. but she always wants that stable place to come back to.

I reject the mary obliviated herself hc I just dont think it fits with who mary is. she treasures everything. her friends are her home she does not want to forget them.

I think Mary's the type of person that once she makes a spot for you in her life, that hole wont ever fill once youre gone. she wont forget, she wont replace. love spent is so important to her. its never a waste.

shes very particular. everything has to be done her way because shes the most efficient. and thats kind of true, mary doesnt need rest. she has everything covered.

she loves icecream and pastry

I think shes kind of scatter brained at times. she likes to switch between all her projects while also baking which ends up with something on fire and a sewing project fully finished. I think she might have adhd in this regard. luckily marlene is a firefighter

she loves reading magazines. she cuts out her favourite outfits and pastes them to her vision board. she wants all the clothes on there so she'll beg sybill to manifest them for her

she never goes anywhere without her design sketchbook which also doubles as a diary

her favourite foods is waffles with strawberries or charcuterie

like mary has been in relationships with so many people only to find out that they got with her for “a fun time” and not because they actually cared about her as a person, so she’s always worried about that going into relationships - what if they don’t want me for me?
