Came across this really cool vine today - anyone know what it is? It's growing along this cement wall like a wisteria, but the hangings are covered in pine needles. I tried googling it, but can't seem to find anything like. I am really digging it and I'd love to plant one if I can identify what it actually is. Ideas? (at Seattle, Washington)
