seeing a pjeg post from 2025 makes me howl in despair bcs there's so much hope in those words. so much hope for a good game.

I feel like I had more thoughts when I was thinking about writing this post but. I really really love how p:eg incorporates themes about bigotry into the story. it can be a hard topic to handle and I can see why a writer would avoid it but it makes p:eg feel SO much more real and has really great messages. p:eg has female characters and characters of color and even in the packed first chapter it is already tackling these themes with Desmond’s story of being treated as dangerous and damon being an immigrant. the first chapter has to give you a lot but I feel like through ftes and just general interactions there are already conversations on how they experience misogyny. I had a better point earlier but. yeah. p:eg is a fantastic game

can I be a evil biased hater for a second. the more things I see about pjeg leaks and how diana is in none of them is making my eye twitch. blessings to kaimon mutuals but okay yeah they’re okay where is your supposed antagonist for the rest of the game? sidelined for doomed yaoi sequence? okay awesome yay. you’re telling me after the way she was set up in chapter one and she’s the only character they didn’t make a opinions chart for. the evil lead writer kept saying she was just a basic surface level straight girl. capillaries burst in my eyes. no more men in fangans until I do my rewrite where diana is the most important character

i've started to come to the conclusion that the reason we're getting more leaks about fucking mark berskii than the literal antagonist of the game is just that there's nothing to leak. they didn't write it. even the leakers themselves are in the same situation as us because it just doesn't exist

yeah i seriously believe there is nothing written for diana. bcs they seemed to just not give a fuck. there was no story past their yaoibait and it's pissing me off

I’ve made so many posts analyzing Diana as a character but if I’m being honest it was always tough. Diana is constantly reflecting personal conversation off herself and pivoting it towards others. Initially this makes sense because of her obvious people pleasing tendencies, and made her so fascinating. What was she hiding? Why did she feel the need to never address herself? But now, there’s no leaks or just any concrete information about Diana. They just never built her. There was no personal information for her to share. I genuinely can’t understand the level of incompetence that goes into not developing your antagonist after going through the effort of creating a parallel design to your protagonist.
