So next time you judge lockpickers. Think again.. Dont base your judgements about lockpicking from Jason Bourne movies. Yes the idea is awesome and in some far fetched lucky scenerio it might be possible. But thats far fetched. A crowbar is much more criminal then a lockpick set.

So let people who love locks, love locks.

Even when you master lockpicking. Its still not very practical because it can take a long time before a lock opens if you even can get it open. Because every lock is different and many are not even possible to open with lockpicking..

It might be true that many criminals are attracted to the possibilities of lockpicking. But in reality lockpicking is actually not very practical. Think about it.. It takes years to master the skill of lockpicking. Contrary to the use of a crowbar which takes no practise what so ever.

Many people dont believe in the innocence of lockpicking. They think that everyone who practises lockpicking has hidden agenda’s.

1. First enter your tension wrench into the lock.

2. Add rotationairy force on the tension wrench, In the same direction as you would turn the key to open the lock.

3. While applying rotationairy force with the tension wrench you can now push the pins to the correct position with a lockpick. This takes allot of guessing and practise to learn to feel to correct position.
