Over Memorial Day and since, I have been fighting a case of positional vertigo and nausea, mostly upon arising. It has not been fun. I went to my chiropractor yesterday after work and she cracked my ears! WHAT??? Well, today the vertigo is much better and I feel that the drainage was improved by this procedure. It took two seconds. Well....what do you know?

My daughter had her 35th birthday this past Saturday the 14th of March. She is a strong and compassionate woman. I very proud of her. She has overcome much in her life.

This year I will be 60 and I am suppose to be planning an amazing adventure. Humm....train through Canada, down to the Grand Canyon? I will just have to pray on it.

God has my back and I am sending out a BIG THANK YOU to Him. He has your back, too. When He closes a door, it will stay closed. The Lord forgives, directs our paths and opens and closes door. How can I say that you ask? An online newspaper story about my ex-husband brought chills to me yesterday. He has been accused of attempted murder of a woman. You see the Lord shut the door on that relationship. I was hoping and praying things would change for the good and then I was obedient to leave that abusive relationship choosing to trust the Lord. Finally then the Lord opened a door of escape for me and a new life. My God is faithful. Jesus Christ never fails me, though I may fail him. His love endures forever.

Hello Christmas Time...

Goodbye Fall

Change is never easy. It is full of unknowns. Yet full of promise. Stepping into change takes a deep breath, belief in yourself and in knowing God will open the right door at the right time. Fear must not be invited. Wisdom must be your constant companion. Change does not have to overwhelm you, it can become a stepping stone to greater depth of experience and character.

We are falling into the vortex of polar solar cold weather. But, tomorrow is going to be 74. It was 28 last night! Like Doc Pol says (NatGeoWild) the swing in temperatures makes cows sick, and I add, people too. Keep Vit C onboard, use a CLEAN humidifer, and use saline nose spray to combat dryness. A dry nose doesn't catch the allergens and germs. And, wash, wash , wash your hands with plain soap and water, no anti-bacterial. Just the friction of your hands in running water removes almost all germs. Just some common sense suggestions. So don't let yourself get sucked into the vortex. Be prepared.

Ten is a wonderful number. We have ten toes and ten fingers. It is a great thing to have ten posts, I suppose. Especially since this is a secret blog.
