That comment reminds me of the time when he finished signing for fans and went to his gf, who was waiting a short distance away, and picked her up and walked away carrying her like she was his handbag 😅

He was such a complex character to play. Mr Whatsit was really gentle at first and very much like the s4 orderly, like a kind dad and when he was glitching coming down the stairs he was scary but not as angry as you’d expect because Jamie was playing the calm, calculated Henry masquerading as Mr Whatsit trying to keep his cool. But the way he unraveled from that point on, forgetting himself and attacking Max, calming himself down to throw Will out of his head then trying to coax Holly out of the cave then getting so desperate he actually sprinted! all the while his appearance was becoming messier and sweatier until his heart broke so hard in the cave it galvanised, you could see it happening so clearly through his tear stained expressions. 💔 what an absolute masterclass in acting!
