there has been alot of questionable actions done throughout enstars' history, which has only become more disgustingly apparent in recent times, so knowing the history helps you consume enstars critically. the characters are unfortunately products of this franchise, happy elements will continue to keep doing whatever makes them the most money. the writers seem to hardly care about the cast now, but you do don't you? while authors do have a right to write their characters however they want to, it is also our right to criticize them being inconsistent. being aware of this can put to light the certain way they try to write characters, are they trope-ify them ? are they actually like this ? one example is with natsume. an important thing to natsume's arc is him maturing, he was the baby of the eccentrics and he often felt like he didn't belong with his niisans. he often took out his frustrations on tsumugi, which is pretty childish of him considering that he could yknow? talk through with his issues..but no, early natsume was prideful and arrogant, he hated being perceived as weak. over time, since his insecurities were revealed in pleaides, this culminates into wonder game, where natsume's immaturity comes back to bite him in the ass almost immediately. he make a petty comment towards nagisa, who immediately clocks him. natsume and tsumugi also have am argument pretty much, which natsume places a lot of assumptions towards tsumugi bevause once again !! he's too prideful to be vulnerable. but eventually he does relent when tsumugi seeks him out privately, and then yeah. also back in basic era, the writing was the feature, but now the focus has shifted to the visual aspect. I've talked to people about this, and the overlap of the writing getting worse as enstars transitioned to music era seems to be the hypothesis.

You play multi-lives at least once a week & are yet to have been physically harmed by another player.
You are not breaking any unwritten social contract by trying to be nice to people during multi-lives.
People are happy to see you when you join multi-lives.
People who do not interact with you in multi-lives don't hate you, they hate using interaction stamps.
People do not mind if you choose the centre's focus song instead of their SPP because you don't know it.
You have never hated anyone you have played multi-lives with & have no reason to believe that they hate you.
Nobody remembers the time you accidentally made people play the same song three consecutive times & were so embarrassed by this that you closed the app BEFORE apologising.
The only negative memories you have of multi-lives are of things you believe you did wrong.
You don't mind if another person does something slightly wrong & have no reason to believe that they would mind if you did (in multi-lives).
You need to be kinder to yourself so that you don't antagonise other people for no reason (in multi-lives).
Do not project your self-loathing onto the world (in multi-lives)!!
If people love you, then clearly you are lovable (in multi-lives)!
You know that the only condition for this love is that you behave the way you always have (in multi-lives).
This behaviour cannot be performative, because it was something to which you were already inclined. It is the manifestation of an earnest desire for connection (in multi-lives).
You do not believe that the desire for connection is a bad thing (in multi-lives).
You only get nervous when you think you've done something wrong because you perceive it as a wedge between you & the people to whom you're trying to connect (in multi-lives).
You recognise that this desire for connection is not a goal & you will not base your worth solely on your ability to fulfil it.
You also do this (read: play multi-lives) for yourself, because you enjoy it!
By conflating an amoral desire with a moral goal, you inadvertently distance yourself from your own enjoyment (of multi-lives) on the basis of it seeming selfish & unproductive [← negative value-judgements].
By making an effort not to get stressed (by playing multi-lives), you become able to redirect your attention towards enjoying yourself, thereby making that your moral goal at nobody else's expense!!!
It is possible to learn to love & respect yourself (by playing multi-lives)!!!!
You do not need to therapy-speak yourself into playing Enstars.
