180324 // Did you ever feel like living on autopilot? We are often being told what’s good and what’s bad, how you should plan your day and what you should spend your time on to be “successfull”. By adopting lifestyle that have been brought to us by family, advertising or social media without questioning them, we could end up living a life that doesn’t seem to truly fulfill us. This kind of “copying” a lifestyle is acutally quite easy, because is has already been approved but often leaves us feeling empty, if we don’t recognise the latent value behind the things we’re doing. We often know, what everyone else around us expects us to be but by adopting and people-pleasing, we sometimes forget what we actually really are like. Self knowledge can help you here. It’s the awareness of you’re true self, of “how you are like”, and helps you to define not only yourslef, but also your decisions in life.
