37. Session with PT then Beginner Ballet Fitness at the Underground Dance Centre Lovely morning with my fitness bud, Bhar. Lots of legs and heavy lifting with PT. Then did a butt crushing dance class with the beautiful Derek Friday. Xx Boom!! Worst thing: No ballet game whatsoever πππ Best thing: Finding that I have more endurance and can work through the burn π₯π₯π₯ Watching the graceful dancing from the other ballet students in the class.
