Crybaby Eren is such an old joke that people still like to use for some reason. Anyone else cries it’s “oh poor them” but Eren does they call him a bitch. Like can we please acknowledge why he’s crying and the trauma and betrayal he’s endured instead of making jokes that he’s a “woman” because he “has no control over his emotions” like gee that says a lot about you doesn’t it? But anyway I love Eren as a male character who cries. I’m tired of male characters portrayed as unmovable brick walls who need to be badass all the time. Crying is a normal response to being overwhelmed, feeling hopeless, experiencing trauma. The fact that has to be said is annoying.
