I failed at my workout yesterday.😵 . I programmed a workout for @epiccassidy and I that she did yesterday and I attempted. . 95 degree heat and not drinking water melted my soul. . I ended up resting more on the active intervals then performing. . Today I made this workout my bitch....even added an extra round for yesterday’s poor performance🚀 . HEAT IT UP WORKOUT . 40 sec active/20 sec rest . 1 Burpee each break . 4 Rounds (32 mins) . 8 Movements#l .
