Happy Calibration @caprichista! I was super happy to draw a fellow Exalted cat parent! I loved the salt references so wanted to have a go at Runai's salt ward anima banner and their version of Death of Obsidian Butterflies with the salt rimmed wings. I did some experiments with ink and salt for the texture. And had to include Salu of course. Some WIPs for fun:

My first time doing this! I just have the one Sidereal with any artwork at the moment.

I'm happy with alternative outfits and hairstyles (different settings, time periods, fun costumes) and genderbending etc.

But please no excessive gore or body horror (some blood is okay), NSFW or full nudity (swimwear is okay) or super realistic insects (cartoonish is okay).

Devoted bureaucrat who ensures a smooth and productive transition as one process ends and another begins. She is most notably known for being in the Convention of Auditors. Her motivation is to get rid of the factions and get more worker rights for pattern spiders.

She is all about efficiency and rules. But she believes personal wellbeing and good work/life balance is vital to being productive. Also that rules should make work easier, consistent and inclusive, without getting in people's way too much. If a rule is not working it should be changed (not just ignored)!

Change has a strong sense of justice, and aims for constructive sentencing. Also communication and teamwork is key!

Abilities

Change practices three martial art styles: Ebon Shadow Style, Charcoal March of Spiders Style and Citrine Poxes of Contagion Style. She can remove disease and poisons (and often colleagues hangovers) with a tap, or punch people healthy. But she can also punch enemies with disease. She makes confusing finger gestures to distract opponents. She also creates essence threads to attack which she uses to inflict poisons stored in her fate. To stock up on these she will just eat poison casually. She can also cause enemies to hemorrhage essence and eat their soul to regain essence herself.

She's also proficient with thrown weapons and pretending to be dead.

Outside of combat her favourite ability is to summon a spider to ask it factual questions.

Personality

Change is calm and not easily rattled. She is polite but to the point and can be blunt when it comes to efficiency. Her tone is quite deadpan.

Interests

Change enjoys organising things. She's also a keen cook, focusing on nutritious food and herbal remedies to reduce stress, improve concentration etc.

She is also an alchemist and makes her own poisons.

To relax she enjoys reading with a glass of wine while cuddling her Hearthcat named Reaper.

Equipment, clothes and accessories

Change has a manse with an magical wardrobe that has any outfit she thinks of. She wears realm-style clothing most of the time but she tries to match with local dress when in Creation. Her clothes and accessories have a motif of a spider lily on them, either red or white. Her colour scheme tends to include navy, crimson and/or purple. She also favours clothes with a high neckline.

She has taken the Lover's Oath with her fiance, another endings auditor Violet Quiver, so she has a ring of starmetal set with a sapphire that can't be removed. Change has starmetal bracers with an opal Jewel of the Graceful Courtier hearthstone. She has a bracelet which is one of a matching pair with her fiance that they can use to call each other. She also commissioned a photocopier to reduce time spent copying reports.

As well as her martial arts Change uses a variety of thrown weapons including the spider lily hair pins that are secretly throwing needles, sleep grenades, throwing knives, shuriken, darts and a trusty net! She also has various other rings which have hidden poisoned needles in them.

The Sidereal’s in our campaign have wing anima banners. Her wings are made of thousands of red spider lily petals.
