These are all I could find and think of however there are definitely more, you can also find loads of documentaries, short films and people in general speaking about Ed’s on YouTube which can be quite interesting to watch

i start to feel my bones a little bit again, my hands, wrist and thighs are getting thinner and i can criss-cross my legs and sit like that on the tiny chairs of uni!

don't get me wrong, i'm nowhere near my ideal body type (see the picture below), but it feels good to see some changes !

also, a bit off topic, but i have a big assignment for tomorrow, and.. well, let say my procrastination put me once again in a difficult situation. so i might sacrifice my morning workout tomorrow to work on my assignment (i will workout on the evening tho)
