hoo boy okay this is probably opening a can of worms:

I will admit, I don't like Lace. But my dislike of Lace is not her fault in all honesty. It's mostly how she's been portrayed by fans, especially when it comes to being shipped with Hornet.

I think people forget the fact that Lace is actively trying to kill her, especially since she... literally says she's going to end Hornet's life right then and there. Heck, even her official bio says that she's trying to kill her.

Okay um. Taking a moment NOW to say that there will absolutely be no Silksong spoilers on this blog when it first comes out. I will not discuss it on here during my first playthrough (though I will probably be screaming about it on my main blog @dransnake). However, this will likely ease up after I beat the game a couple times. Anything Silksong related will be tagged appropriately.

Depending on whether or not it's a prequel or a sequel is whether or not the story will acknowledge Silksong! Currently I have no plans on having any characters from it showing up in here, but who knows things can change.

Also if ANYONE sends a single Silksong spoiler into my asks or submissions, I will immediately be closing both regardless of where we are in the story. And whoever sends that spoiler will be blocked on this blog and on my other blogs. You have been warned now.

OOOOOH YES HORNET I LOVE HER. Honestly when I learned her backstory in full, my brain latched her and she has caused so much brain rot. She gets absolutely misrepresented by fans, but I don't feel like I'm the only one who gets the final say on what she's 100% like. There's a lot more going on behind the scenes with her than most people think! She's had a lot of things that's really messed her up that rarely gets acknowledged by fans
