“You’re thinking about me, Captain? You know if you wanted to see me with my shirt off all you had to do was ask.” He’s teasing him to see how he reacts.
"Hm?" His eyes shot up again, face red and suddenly caught off guard. "Your shirt off-!? W-Well... I didn't mean any disrespect, Roy! I... Um..." Hs eyes lowered again and then back up to the Colonel's face quickly, realising that maybe he was flirting back to him.
"Unless you want to."

Being a privateer and a deck hand was one thing, but how did hook come across the jolly roger, become the captain of it, much less run across all the magical things he's have?

/ OKAY SO.
Hook was a Captain and a pirate before the Jolly Roger back on the mainland, AKA, his normal time of which he originated. When he was 27, he took part of a Mutiny on the ship he served under, leading the way and killing the Captain in such an act that the crew respected him and made him the new Captain.
After that, he and a select member of the crew kept the ship and ran as pirates and privateers across the sea. Before Hook, he was known as Mutiny Red for a while, until he made a better name for himself and was known as Scarlet Jim.
That is until a strange storm in a strange part of the whisked him, his ship and crew into the waters of Neverland. The ship was all but destroyed, Smee helped rescue him from the waters and a very small handful of the crew, from the wreckage and the ship that Smee had, they build a new ship and named her 'The Jolly Roger.'

The cyborg sighed, relaxing and allowing the Captain to rest his head on his arm-- it was admittedly quite cozy. Before getting stranded in Neverland, his little buddy Morph would often use him as a pillow. How he missed that little guy-- but Morph was safe with Jimbo. Not stuck on some time-lost island on another man's ship.
"Never been accused of bein uncomfortable-- though best not take yer chances with the other arm. Not nearly as cozy as the one I still got." He retorted, extending his hand for the return of the flask. With this amount of closeness, he'd need a nip himself as well.
"Sometimes talkin bout what's on yer mind helps put it at ease. Iffen ye wanted to unburden yerself, sir."
Hook passed the flask back to the fellow pirate and examined the arm as he mentioned it. Completely ignoring the last suggestion to share, he opted to discuss something he found much more interesting.
"You arm is still... Very fascinating," he stated, he gestured to the mechanical parts and gave Silver a hopeful look. "May I?"
