So they decided to not hatch any more dragons but kept the eggs for safe keeping. Centuries later after the Dance the dragons died out and they have no idea how to hatch the eggs. But they have plenty of land and endless wealth so who really needs them?

As a plus they marry whoever they want so incest madness is not an issue. Because they are considered distant cousins, like the Velaryons, they dont have to deal with the constant BS that is the Iron Throne.

What I had in mind is the mad king (yeah the current king in Bridgerton is seen as such by people etc) hated dragons so he made sure that the babies dragons got kill unless they accept to not hatch dragons anymore so Fran still have her own dragon but can’t really fly it anymore (I was thinking, she could have MoonDancer)

Also I was thinking of Edmund being killed by a dragon (his dragon died as well) and Anthony now is traumatized and fear dragons so no one is allowed to have a dragon (he even accepted to not fly his own dragon idk or maybe during the attack, his own dragon died as well). Unfortunately for him, Francesca’s dragon didn’t died and actually lived and he accepted it unless Francesca use far away from him idkkk idkkkkkkk
