So Home can replace puppets.. Frank is usually really good at remembering until this update. Home is trying to make them forget, and get them to stop questioning it and Wally. Also who did Frank kill, did Home tell him to do it?

It looks small so it couldn’t be Barnaby, Poppy, Eddie or Howdy. Sally has her rays so I don’t think it’s her, Julie has giant hair so uh…Was it the previous Wally? Is the one we’re seeing the one Home is controlling? If you know anything about puppetry they make multiple copies of puppets so I’m sure Home found a spare Wally to use as a “puppet” (AHAHAHAHAHAHAGAGAGAHHAHAHAHG) sorry.

Frank is surrounded by different parts, the letter from the video could be a nudge that there is multiple puppets for each character. If Home can get their hands on a new Wally/Puppet, the easier it is to manipulate characters back to their place. Julie randomly showing up in the video could 100% be Home trying to manipulate Frank to just forget what happened. That could be why Wally had two different eye colors, it could be because Home was just controlling a spare..

plus, let’s not forget the other neighbors forgetting their breakdowns. Eddie doesn’t recall it, Poppy struggled to remember it (idk about Julie but I’m sure it’s the same). Frank forgetting a bunch, I could be because they kept catching home in the act. With every new puppet it’s a clean slate. No memories of what home did, not suspicious on home or Wally

Adding on to the supposedly non canon image, there are many different parts of Frank if you can’t tell. I’m my theory is right, then that could be all the different Franks that got replaced. Plus, the image is more than likely a follow up for the next scene in the video, like the after effect. This could be when Frank realize they where a puppet all along, that’s why there where human hands, the realization that they where once controlled by humans

In Frank's Favorite Chair, Frank finds a butterfly and tells us "I wonder what your name is. A butterfly seems so informal of a title ... Everything has a name after all."

In PARCEL Frank thinks to himself, 'No memory of that butterfly you saw either. ... why can't you remember anything?'

So my theory is that Frank's Favorite Chair happened the same day as Specimen R and PARCEL. In fact, you can ACTUALLY see the stump from the tree Frank chopped down to use as extra wood to make his new chair.
